We got a fascinating behind-the scenes tour at the University Museum today from a friend who teaches there. We saw reconstructions made by Dr. Carleton Coon, the Morton skull collection, and archived impressions of children’s teeth for orthodontic studies. Among the reconstructions was Dr. MacGregor’s bust of Piltdown Man from the 1920’s.
